| Las Vegas has many master planned communities. One of them is Summerlin on the west side of town. Near Red Rock National Park, this area has beautiful walking trails and parks for great outdoor recreation. Shops and restaurants are plenty in this area.
The Lakes, Rhodes Ranch, Queensridge, Peccole Ranch, Mountains Edge, Mcneil Mannor, Red Rock Country Club, The Ridges, and Spanish Trails are just a few neighborhoods of note. |

The District at Green Valley Ranch Casino is a highlight for many residences with great restaurants and shops. Anthem is a Del Webb master planned community in Henderson. With beautiful views of the strip and the city, homes in this area go quickly. With great access to the 215 beltway, Henderson is a lovely place to call home. |
